Meagan has desired to be an elementary teacher all her life. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Troy university in May 2019. Everyone told her to pursue a math or science position in High school and they could have a job before she graduated. That was not what she wanted and continued to pursue her dream with the attitude that she would be able to get a job. She accepted a job as 5th grade teacher at New Brockton elementary!!! This is her God given talent!! The love she has for her babies is truly amazing!! She pulls out all the stops to make sure her children have the skills they need to succeed. The thing that she told me that really stands out to me is that she wanted to be the teacher the kids could talk to whenever they needed to. She had a teacher in her school that was that person and she swore to be just like her and I believe she is succeeding in that. Her passion is real and she is amazing!! |
